CANCELLATION POLICY -

Up to 5 days before the start of your stay: 30% of the total cost.
Within 5 days of your stay, no-shows or early departures: 100% of the total cost.

During your stay, guests are required to properly separate their waste daily, purchasing the appropriate bags at their own expense. (Failure to do so will incur a €100.00 penalty.)

The house must be returned with a clean kitchen area and free of personal items, food, and beverages of any kind. (Failure to do so will incur an additional €50.00 penalty.)

The house must be returned free of any waste. Guests may dispose of their waste at the recycling center or recycling centers. (Failure to do so will incur a €100.00 penalty.)

Pets are permitted only upon prior notification at the time of booking.

Late check-in after 11:00 PM incurs a €50.00 surcharge.

A €50.00 surcharge applies for an early check-out before 8:00 AM. Alternatively, the client instructs the agency to inspect the property within 24 hours and refund the security deposit via bank transfer, free of charge, within 7 business days.
